Another yummy seasonal cake. Easy to do as well.

  1. Preheat oven to 160. Line a 2lb tin loaf. Rub flour, butter and sugar together to make breadcrumbs. Reserve 5 table spoons of mixture for the topping with cinnamon and Demerara sugar and then set aside.. Mix apple into main cake mixture with eggs and baking powder. Don't over mix. Gently fold three quarters of berries. Spoon into tin. Scatter the remaining berries on top and then sprinkle over cinnamon mixture. Place into oven for 50 minutes. Once cooked then in tin for 30 minutes to cool.
