Banana and chocolate bread

A great way to use up very ripe bananas! Easy to make, and great to wrap up as a snack for lunches or just because!



  1. Preheat your oven to about 180c. Grease and line your loaf tin with greaseproof paper.
  2. Mash up your bananas with a fork, then add the other ingredients (flour last) and give it all a very good mix up. Pur this into your tin, and bake for 1 hour. Leave to cool and then tuck in.
